I'm Dr. Rocco Catrone, Ph.D., BCBA-D, IBA, CPACC - Founder of Tech Inclusion Pro LLC, an educator and researcher with over a decade of experience supporting individuals with disabilities in educational, clinical, and community settings. I use behavioral principles to help create environments where all learners—whether caregivers, professionals, or individuals with disabilities—can thrive. My research focuses on understanding and reducing disability stigma and exploring how ethically designed artificial intelligence can support more universally accessible learning systems.

As someone with learning disabilities, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to take in and retain new information. That experience shapes everything I do. I focus on listening—really listening—to how people want to learn, not just how we think they should. My goal is to build inclusive learning experiences that are responsive, empowering, and grounded in the diverse ways people understand and engage with the world.
